The first steps of a child's educational journey are extremely important, and at HXLS (Golf Course Extension & Sector 62) /HIXS, we have devoted many years of focused effort to creating a learning environment in which children learn to expand the limits of their knowledge and imagination; develop meaningful inter-relational skills; hone their problem-solving abilities; and acquire the independence and self-confidence that they need to become engaged and productive life-long learners. We are delighted that our unique, experiential educational model interests your family, and we have created this document to guide you through the Nursery application process.

• To complete the registration procedure, you must fill out the online Registration Form and pay the necessary Application Processing Charges.
• Once your application has been successfully registered, you will receive a verification through SMS/Email bearing a unique Registration Number which you will use throughout the registration process.

• The School gives priority for admissions to criteria such as distance, sibling enrolment, alumni status and alignment with the School's experiential philosophy.
• For parents tied with similar points there is a lottery to assign seats.
• The school reserves seats for the EWS/disadvantaged student category as per the guidelines of Govt. of Haryana.
• Verification of students selected through the lottery will be sent to parents via Email/SMS
• A waiting list will also be maintained in case of future vacancies.
• For selected applicants, the documents must be self-attested and uploaded online, as specified by School.
• Admission will be granted post-verification of documents and payment of fee.
• Admission will be confirmed only on completion of each of the following-
  • All information must be complete and accurate. In case any false, incomplete and/or misleading information is provided, Heritage reserves the right not to process the admission form; and reserves the right to withdraw any offer of admission made or granted at any point of time
  • Admissions will be granted subject to payment of fees, completing the prescribed admission procedure and acceptance of all rules, policies and code of conduct applicable to Heritage student and parents/guardian

• The fee for the International Curriculum is different and has slabs that change with the grade level. We request that you carefully read the Fee Structure for all grade levels to make an informed choice . The fee in any grade may vary depending on the year of admission.

• In case there is no vacancy, the application may not be processed. In case you still wish to apply and would like to be put in waitlist, you may proceed with filling out the Registration Form.
• Do note that the student Registration will not be deemed complete for processing till the Application Processing Charges are paid.
• Admission will be confirmed only on completion of each of the following -
